What penalty should restaurant employees get for...say putting foreign subsidence in someone's food .

In the men's room at a truck stop in Pa.. Kid in a Subway shirt flushes and comes out of the stall and goes straight out the door while buckling his pants, without washing his hands. So I go straight to the Subway and demand to speak to the manager.
Manager comes out and asks what the problem is. I tell him "this dumb--- just took a crap and came in here and started making sandwiches for these 6 ladies without washing his hands." What are you going to do?"
He tells me" I'll talk to him." I says talk to him? This moron just took a crap and is making sandwiches without washing his hands!
Manager says" well he put plastic gloves on" Unbelievable ! He put gloves on to keep his fecal matter off of these ladies sandwiches?
