Texas BBQ - 08/04/20 06:14 PM

Texas BBQ ain't no good.

BBQ beef just ain't right. The Carolinians......now they know what they're doing. You Texans should just stop what you're attempting to do and learn from the masters.

With all due respect what texicans do with beef is their business who are we to judge.
However, everyone knows the best Q runs in a band Memphis to Chattanooga due south to the gulf.

I was way old before I learned that bbq sauce is not an ingredient, but rather a condiment. I do like a little bbq sauce myself as some meat gets dried out in the process and is hard to swallow.

... ignorant Yankees again talking about something they know nothing of... we bbq more than just brisket

... now if eating whole smoked pig soaked in vinegar is what you’re into ... I won’t judge... but I’ve heard it’s a gateway to cross dressing

If I put more than a tiny smear of sauce on your BBQ I was not impressed.

Texas BBQ is so good that yankees, californicators, and little tan people from the equator keep moving here.

I smoked some big catfish once and when that layer of fat bubbled loose from the meat, I knew what it was that makes catfish taste so nasty.

Pike I know what it is and its better on brauts . and just ok on a pulled pork sandwich

Good BBQ doesn't need sauce

First real bbq I ever went to , the owner of privateer boats brought up a towed smoker and two pigs, boy did that smell good.. then they proceded to tear it apart, pour vinegar on it, and slap it on some white bread...that's when I lost all respect for north carolinians.... cool

I love workin' in North Carolina the people are great and there are purdy gurls everywhere but the BBQ I tried over there doesn't even qualify for BBQ. It is always pulled pork with a but load of vinegar on it. Yuck
