Swordfish steaks tonight

I apply a heavy coating of mayo and herbs, then grill along with sliced squash or zuchinni. When the veggies are done the fish is also. Not an easy fish to cook. Too done is tough and too rare is chewy, man is it good in the sweet spot.

Never had it before. Would like to try as well as catch one. But it not on my bucket list. I do love to ocean fish and enjoy catching the diverse species.

Yup....that’s the same way I prepare and cook Sword Fish. They taste like a steak !
