Why would you want to? It won't spoil.
But, if you want it concentrated freeze it about half way then throw out the ice and keep the part that has not frozen for lure.

Or .....save the iced up “throw away” urine and use that too on your trapline for pre season markings in the areas you select.

Yes once in awhile just to see if it's not watered down.
Ive found good source of urine now and never had any problems.

What percentage should freeze?

Any urine I used up in Kansas would freeze and thaw multiple times

If you want a concentrated urine just place the urine In the freezer In a wide mouth container keep on eye on It. When the water starts to freeze skim It off and toss It.

Carrol Black - Blackies Blend Lures was a big advocate of freezing urine. It was his belief the hot summer weather was a big enemy of urine. Frozen fresh and kept that way through the summer.
