What to buy before November

What to buy before November - 08/07/20 08:11 PM

I watched this series on YouTube. Some of it is obvious, or even stupid, but some of it is thought provoking. The idea is that if Trump loses, we are going to see a ban.

Stock up.

Anything you buy that would become illegal will be unusable.

Anything in 223 or 308 as you will be able to pick up ammo for it in the streets if that turnip wins.

To clarify .... If this country votes itself into socialism, we will end up having to shoot our way back out of it.

Not true. It would depend on the ban. It's likely, based on prior bans, that items would be "grandfathered in."

If not, good luck trying to keep me from owning and/or using it. I just won't be able to buy it anymore.

Anything AR related. I just finished a pistol for my wife. I've got another lower, but parts are pretty scarce now. She told me I'd better get it done before November or I won't be able to afford the parts

I'm halfway thru getting my CCP (concealed carry permit)... figure they might soon be hard to come by.

Not understanding this. There are plenty of illegal drugs being used. Prohibition didn't slow down drinking that much either.

Drugs and the booze used in secrecy. Hypothetically they make AR 15's illegal. You won't see them in the woods or fields by people hunting with them like now. They will be kept but hidden. (Not used ie. Unuseable)

Whoever controls an ammo facility or whoever can refill/make ammo without the government knowing will be rich.

If a ban is passed that includes confiscation or otherwise makes guns "unusable", I expect, in certain parts of the country at least, they will be getting plenty of use.

I doubt we will see confiscation in the United States anytime soon. Instead, the Feds will ban the sale of lots of weapons, suppressors, and other items, make everyone get a license and tax the heck out of ammo and still legal weapons.

Read H.R.5717 - Gun Violence Prevention and Community Safety Act of 2020, it will give you a pretty good road map of what the grabbers want to do.

Just like the last and most recent ban on bump stocks? No grandfathering just made an accessory that legal and met the letter of the law as illegal as a not registered Machine Gun. Destroy your property or turn it in.. Brought to you single handedly by our pro gun President with NRA support.

Ya I wouldn't bet on grandfathering unless it includes registration.

Yep, registration and then they know where to go to round them up when the time comes.

Do you know any 07 ffl holders. If so ask them how ofter the ATF's records are wrong and how much time they spend proving that at every inspection.

Privet sales leave no record. That's why they push for universal background checks. So every transfer leaves a trail.
