Netflix Needs to go bankrupt

Netflix Needs to go bankrupt - 08/20/20 08:34 PM

It's already morally bankrupt. If you have them, it's time to ditch them. Paying for a subscription at this point is nothing more than condoning this.

I enjoyed stars in the sky by Steve Rinella and the show Meat Eater. Season 9 will be out on September 16th.

That is all I watch on there, but I also don’t pay for it.

Can you think of a media /ondemand tv brand that is not morally bankrupt? They are all run by the same people with the same goals.

Why are people surprised? Nikki Minaj, Beyonce, Cardi B, and the like are held up as role models to these young girls. They are called strong, powerful, take charge business women who should be emulated and praised.

I just like to watch “Stranger Things” on Netflix... but sadly like many shows it’s starting to lean towards the left. This started in 3rd season mainly

Try going to a middle school football game. You'll feel compelled to cover your eyes when the cheerleaders start their routines. It's not just Netflix.

So very true Blaine County. It is terrible here too, if not worse.

For the life of me, I cannot understand why mom's want to sexualize their teenage middle school daughters.

Maybe the moms were little (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) growing up and don't know any better?

I had several mothers that threw there daughter's at me in my teens. One I routinely spent the night with in her room, and two others that supplied alcohol and made suggestions on activities that made things very convenient to move in a adult behavior direction. That's just the 3 that come to mind right away there were more but more subtle. I thought it was cool as a young teenage boy.. Now I wonder what they were thinking.

Of course ages were older than discussed here.

Discussing world we are living in.

On the cheer issue, it's not necessarily a single mother issue. The dads encourage it too.

It makes sense if you think about it. The mothers need for control ruined the family and drove away the father, due to the court and welfare system the mother can afford to drive the children's father away with little financial consequence. Still though many women would refuse to admit it they have a conscious or unconscious desire to have men around, they understand men equate to safety and material goods. By offering up their daughter they gain control of a young man, they have no need to give up their power or dominance because due to their age and "status" they are to be obeyed by the young man. Their unconscious need for a man is fulfilled and they give up zero control, its a perfect situation for them.

I would agree if these were single welfare mommas. But they weren't. All 3 examples were married middle class women. To br fair the dads and step dads really liked me to. I guess a well spoken polite guy the felt more comfortable around parents and grandparents than fellow teens helped. Along with being attractive, dressing properly, working, and driving nice vehicles. Vs. The other options baby girl brought home.

Had that happen a few times with me also, it felt weird sometimes. Like I was being set up for something. Luckily I had the correct mind and was able to save myself for my future wife. Didn’t wait that long since I was married at 22.

Just didn’t feel like the right thing to do and not be married.

I’m still in contact with one of the young ladies, she reaches out every so often to ask how my wife, children and myself are doing. I think she respected the fact that I didn’t want to just have sex with someone and that I wanted to be married first.

I think some of these parents feel like they need to be “cool” or their kids “friends”.

Re: Netflix Needs to go bankrupt - 08/21/20 03:49 AM

Netflix is not the cause, they are only providing a product that is demanded by the consumers, They track what you watch and feed your tastes. If you are seeing sex shows it may be because you watch them.
The world today is almost as decadent as it was 500 years ago, except we coddle the children more and prohibit 5 year olds from working in industrial jobs like mining. Cheerleaders have always been exhibitionists, that is both why they try out for the job and why they are popular, and of course they are encouraged in that by their mothers who did the same things when they were children. And by the fathers that chose those mothers.
America is great in that we let these kinds of people enjoy the same freedoms that true Puritans have. All written into the pesky Constitution just like the right to bear arms.

That's only for suggested watches. My suggestions is full of WWII/nazi documentaries. When trying to find new documentaries to watch you scroll through a lot of that stuff or animal videos.

Before anyone cancels, watch Nazi Concentration Camps. Military footage from 1945. See what man is capable of. Pure evil.

Before wishing they'd go bankrupt, you might want to find out how much you own through your retirement programs

Certainly it is. As a shareholder you have greater influence than someone who isn't

So let's clarify... If you can't influence them as a shareholder, then it's better for them to go broke than young girls to be sexualized, regardless of the effect on retirement savings. Correct?
