Favorite deer sausage recipe

I just bought a Meat #32 meat grinder. Is anyone willing to share a very tasty deer sausage recipe?? Thanks

50-50 venison to HOT pork sausage mixture.
Hot gets toned down to mild.
Just enough grease to fry the taters n eggs in.
Easy peasy.

Burger recipe...3 lbs. bacon ends and 7 lbs. venison. Make sure both are chilled or the bacon smears and won't grind. I use the sausage maker spices out of Buffalo NY ,premixed and they are very good. The chorizo sausage pack is great and so is the BF sausage.

If your just starting I would go with a premix seasoning,no matter what run at least 25-30 percent pork butt to game meat.Are your looking for breakfast sausage or say like German sausage?Are we talking smoked sausage ? Not enough info to really guide ya to a good one.

oops I am looking at ring sausage, like a German sausage.
