From what I've heard ND non-resident waterfowl licenses sold so far are up over 200% from last year. (thanks Canada) Going to be a heck of a boat parade on I-94 west bound on October 2nd..

Lots of water around, especially the prairie pothole region..

ND will be fine but I'm betting there's going to be a few heated conversations in the wee hours of the morning in some wheat stubble fields.. boy I don't miss that.
