Pinto beans, chicken slop(kids slang), baked potato. Nobody wants to see pictures of this. It’s way better than it looks.

Chicken slop: cut up boneless chicken thighs, seasoned to taste, browned/crisped in lard, 4 cheese Alfredo, slow cooker all day. Look absolutely horrible.

I had to try a first one of the season, and it was an orange colored with buttercup genetics produced from a bag of seeds I had saved from 10 years ago. I got 4 different squash from that, lol. And it's good and sweet.

Looks good. I'll take a skillet-fried pork steak over a lot of expensive cuts of beef. But I love good beef also.

Broasted chik'n from the supermarket deli.
For those not too proud to eat McD's.........they have a $3 bundle. Doublecheeseburger and fries for $3. No drink.

We had turkey, mashed potatoes, filling, cranberry sauce and mixed vegetables, the wife cooked it. She usually does not cook but did tonight, those Hungry Man TV dinners aren't too bad.

Home made spicy stew in the slow cooker- cut up wild turkey breast with home raised sweet corn, onions, carrots with sauce not bad at all and easy.

Giving the wife the night off. Cooking 4 pounds of bacon for the boys. On the last batch and I’m doing the dishes too!!!! I told her I’m like catching a black coyote around here. One in a million I am crazy

I made a big pot of chicken soup Thursday I used up a bunch of the leftovers tonight and made chicken Stroganoff to use up a box of mushrooms that needed using.
