Wolfie- Here's pics of original PGC Rabbit trap-
A simple, proven design with screws for hinges on door & screws for hinges on treadle. #9 wire for trigger attached to screw on treadle and fence staple on side wall.

Notice #9 wire bent in slight L-shape to hold up door. Attached to side wall with fence staple then back to screw on treadle-

Brother & I caught 100's (maybe 1000's) of Rabbits when we were boys in the green, Pa. Game Commission Rabbit traps. Our local warden gave us the traps and then had to return at end of winter. This was back in the '50 & 60's.

Yep I reckon that's the one theyre actually referring to then. See this is the trap that caught my attention it being a double door and all. I use basically the same trigger much in some if my smaller squirrel and frog traps just not with a treddel.

The deal is both the single and double door have the same description and I was hoping the double door had plans you could see as well.

But anyhow just really wanted some plans showing the double doors trigger because that mechanism is actually used in alot if different regional DIY cage traps (the Bernie Nelson beaver cage from WA is a prime example ) and wanted to show its actually been around for a while. Documenttaion I guess you could say.
