I watched our local news this morning.... cbs was nothing more than a add for biden they interviewed a union welder from pennsylvania. He told how great biden was going to be for the union worker... Then a oil man and how biden was going to protect the environment while allowing fracking!!!!
My question is ... How did the media get so biased and lopsided.....it is criminal propaganda in my opinion...
Equally important we need people to vote the crazy dems out of the house.... vote them off the face of the earth..

Media has always operated out of large urban liberal cities with most national media operating out of NYC. When Fox started appealing to a more right wing viewer the other stations/networks no longer had a reason to appeal to a broad base, they just appealed to those on the left who were still watching.

I laugh at how Biden portrays himself as representing the middle class working stiffs. Biden had one job in the private sector working at a law firm for 2 years after law school. Since then he has been a career politician that mysteriously became a multi millionaire. At least with Trump he doesn't pretend to be anything different than what he is. The media perpetuates the Biden myth.

Our media has become as bad as the state run media in the communist countries. Our education system isn't far behind.

How did they get this way? They were trained and brainwashed from kindergarten through college graduation by Marxists. This has been going on since the Teddy Roosevelt administration!

I went to a fracking meeting held by a farm organization. I sat at the same table with a news paper reporter and a girl and boy that was the green type. In my mind they were just hippie's with a new cause. They sat there eating their granola bars and bottled water. The college the meeting was at was about 4 mi. in the country and I'm thinking these kids surely rode their bicycles out here and needed the granola for energy. I watched when it was over and they got in a bigger and newer truck than mine and zoomed off. I love it when when the green people fly and zoom all over for their cause. I equate that with talking bad about farmers with their mouth full.

Don't go trying to spin it as Fox's fault. That's just more left wing media bias.

America has always had biased media. Anyone remember "yellow journalism" in their history classes? Many local papers are "xxxx democrat/repubublican/independent"
Historically the local rag was what most folks read and almost all localities had at least two competing rags. Local newspapermen were as much of the process as anything else. It's only in modern times with the advent of first radio then television that news became conglomerated into the major cities separated from the common folk.
At first the major media promised to play it straight down the middle recognizing their power and for a generation we bought the fallacy of straight journalism as told every night by Uncle Walter.
What we have now is just the natural result of consolidation of resources and power.

It's not Fox's fault but they are certainly part of the reason for the deep divide. Fox appealed to an underserved viewership, when the conservatives drifted to Fox was when CNN and MSNBC went totally off the rails trying to appeal to the base they had left.

Fox would not exist if all the alphabet channels had not veered so far to the left and became a political arm of the DNC and provide a platform for lies and disinformation.

CNN was known as Communist News Network or Clinton News Network long before Fox News was even a thing.

My first awareness of hard left slant in the media was the almost constant attacks on the Reagan administration.

They're not just a platform, they're perpetrators in the crime.

People talk about nazi Germany, russia, North Korea, when they talk about state run propaganda. This country is brainwashing the population every day of the week.

I'm hesitant to go that far as we do have absolute 1A rights. However, there is a line in there somewhere that has been crossed and there should be some sort of liability for doing so. Knowingly publishing falsehoods should be a grave offense.

It's not that I think they did not have a bias before Fox got large, it was just less pronounced. Even Fox is to liberal for me, Tucker is the only one I will watch clips of.

It is not that I blame Fox for the CNN or MSNBC nonsense, it just is what it is, everyone can find the news they want and there is no reason for either network to appeal to a broader audience and possibly anger their base.

IMO, FOX has swung to the left in recent times but even in its heyday i wouldn't call it hard right as its main news headliners were the liberals Shep Smith and Megan Kelly. Outside of a few commentators FOX played it straight down the middle.

The rest was so left the the middle looked to be far right.

Fox does have Trump haters on their shows the other channels have no Biden dissenters on theirs. To compare the two as equal but opposite is .......... well you'd have to pretty dense.

FOX news has a Leftist bias as strong as ABC and NBC. It's not as obnoxious as CNN or NPR. Out here on the Left coast FOX doesn't pretend to be the "conservatives" news source. I don't know how they look or report in the heartland.

World oil, had an article on Biden's town hall last Thurs. He said he wouldn't ban fracking, but then said he would push to eliminate Nat gas use in fifteen years. You wouldn't need fracking, if you didn't need Nat gas or oil.

The people who appear in these commercials are the worst, brainwashed to the point they think they are expressing their own personal opinions instead of the talking points the campaign gives them to talk about.

Who called them equal opposites?

Biden makes little, if any personal appearances because if he did, the public would see him for what he really is a person who has dementia. Instead, he makes commercials of himself using a teleprompter. All his speeches are written for him and he reads them. He has big money backing him, Soros, Bloomberg, Hollywood, etc. So, his ads are many filling the airways.

FOX definitely leans right with people like Hannity, Ingraham, etc. But, the difference between FOX and the other networks is that FOX also has regular contributors who are liberals on their network where the others don't have any conservatives that are regular contributors on theirs.

Lots and lots of people actually believe all the hear from the media and see on social media. That's how clinton won the popular vote in 2016 and biden may do the same this year, then they will say the electoral college is not 'fair'.

We are a nation of soft and gulliable people for the most part.

You don't have to ban a business activity to curtail it. You just have to make it unprofitable.

Our education system is the reason we are in the position we are today.

Particularly the colleges. I've read about situations where if you display a liberal mindset in some classes, you get a better grade than if your mindset is conservative.

Those are the ignorant masses that the left has realized they can easily manipulate. Folks too naive or stupid to figure out they are being fed lie after lie by the liberal media, brainwashed by liberal educators and manipulated by Democrat politicians.

And there is a shocking number of those type of people in this Country.

Who started the Marxist/Communist movement? Who owns almost all of the media? Why was our education system changed or designed this way in teh first place?
