In God's Hands

Once all the votes are in in on Nov 3rd it will be in God's hands. All we can do is ask for his help and support in making the right choice for our country.

Please pray for his love and support as he is protecting us from the devil. .

Yup. Romans 13 makes clear that God establishes.all those in authority over us, and that to rebel against them is to rebel against what God has put in place. So no matter who wins, grin and bear it, because God has plans that simple humans can't understand.

Jesus taught His disciples to pray-
"Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.

Too often I'm afraid we try to impose OUR will upon God, instead of asking Him what HIS will is, and then proceeding forward. God sees the big picture, we see barely past our noses.
My prayer is for the leader of God's choosing, that brings about His kingdom, and for grace to endure and persevere in whatever that choice is. Also, for wisdom in casting the one vote that I have been given stewardship over, so that Almighty God will be pleased with my service.

This is why regular Germans worked for the Nazis, who ruled Germany and who were also Socialist Democrats, like the current US Democrats, to round up the Jews and send them to the death camps. History has clearly shown us we should rebel against evil rather than take part in it.

We should rebel against evil governments that go against Gods, law, yes, absolutely. The Germans should have resisted nazism instead of embracing it. But laws that we do not like, but do not break gods law are to be followed, whether we feel like it or not

You're right, but I would say it's already in God's hands - has been since forever.

When elections come along, I am usually reminded of what Job said about God and politicians:

Just don't be a Jonah and get out and do what God has blessed you with. The right to choose the path of your nation.

The only government we should pray for as per Jesus Christ, Mathew 6:9 -
9. “You must pray, then, this way: “‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. 10 Let your Kingdom come. .

The reason as explained in prophesy in Daniel 2:44 -
44 “... the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed. And this kingdom will not be passed on to any other people. It will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, and it alone will stand forever,

That those who are far away from You to be gathered close.
That those who are sealed and now stand as Your sons and daughters with Christ
would also freely submit their flesh to the Spirit in them;
to assist the transformation from the inside out;
so that a multitude of the Gal. 5:22-23 fruits are evident.
Father, help us run from the enemy's legalism, the self-righteous and prideful judging of others,
which says we must demonstrate change from the outside in to be redeemed.
But it is the enemy's lie of death, not Your way of life.
It is man's rules, not spiritual holy conformity to You.
