Voting question?

My son is currently in his A.I.T. training after basic. He is quarantined to his room as some other kids tested positive and they were in same class. I told him to make sure he votes but he don't know if he can. Can they prevent you from this?

I would say they can pretty much do as they please. It is for the good of all. That and who would you report them to the Government? They are the Government. They live by different rules than the outside.
