Old enough to be one of White17s childhood pets. JK
7 or 8 years would be my guess in my neck of the woods

One thing is for certain. He's as old as he's gonna get.

I've shot one with teeth that worn or shorter. He just sat there and watched me shoot.

It always amazes me at the old gummers I have caught, how healthy they are. Coyotes are a truly impressive critter.

Lazarus, Looks like a ‘survivor’ that finally messed up! I would guess 8-10 yrs. Is the fur quality ok, most of those really old ones seem to have rough looking hair.

Several comments about teeth damage from the trap. Not so. Look at his lower front teeth . . . there aren't any. Same with upper middle teeth. Just worn out. His rear molars, same thing. He did have some sort of injury on his right upper jaw, right about where the canine is. Looks like that one was busted off from whatever injury that was, but the injury was a long time ago. The opposite canine was worn way down. Anyway, doesn't matter. He is obviously a battle weary veteran. He was making a living along the highway scavenging whatever rabbits/cows got hit on the highway.
