Is that a fair price for today’s market?

Not a top end gun but if you're area has a shortage of ARs that might be a decent price. It's more than what I paid for mine this summer new. If it's got an upgraded barrel so it can handle heavier bullets it would be more worth the upcharge.

Could be another reason for you to buy it. Not sure of WI rules, but in MI, if I buy a long gun from you, there is no legal record of me owning that gun. Just saying.

As a seller I would take a copy of His/her ID or DL
Always good to have a paper trail .

they were about 650 a year ago but in todays market 750 is not bad
