Got this Brisket on the smoker for tonight's dinner. Also going to have bacon wrapped scallops and some Shrimp. What's everyone else cooking?

My son cooked a brisket on his pellet grill a couple of days ago and it turned out to be really good. He had never done one before and it was definitely worth doing again.

Pizza tonight. Tomorrow will be pork and sauerkraut.

I'll be working all night on the roads, we're supposed to be getting a storm tonight. But there will be a prime rib in the smoker tomorrow

Roman noodles

Ham and beans using a smoked ham hock. I'm getting ready to "ring" in the new year.

Pulled pork with homemade kraut, smoked salmon, cheese tray, veggie tray, shrimp boiled in beer and old bay.

Crockpot squirrel here. Maybe some deer tenderloins if one cooperates.

Brisket is resting. Time to wrap scallops.

Fried rabbit, gravy, and biscuits.
