Yep..I really never stopped to look at the birds around me..Then Jonathan came along...I was amazed at the quality pictures he took..Now I find myself with a tripod and high definition binos watching birds..In fact today I was watching Sandhill Cranes... what a day..what a day..Thank You Jonathan

Very nice pictures !!! I blame Jonathan for bringing me back to keeping a bird feeder out in the front yard with another bird feeder at the chemo suite where I received my chemo therapy 3 years ago so those who are going through treatments and their care givers can enjoy watching whatever comes to the feeder .ha ha

One of the best things I have ever encountered on Trapper Man was Jonathan and his photos. Sure miss his interaction here. Even thou I am a fairly new active member I peeked in for years. I think of him now and haven taken another look at his thread. He offered so much and asked for nothing in return.

Re: In memory of Jonathan : Winter Birds - 01/02/21 04:35 PM

I've enjoyed sitting outside or standing at the kitchen window watching the birds enjoy the feeder out in front of the house , what really makes me happy is when I go back for check ups and stop to say hello to the nurse's in the chemo suite & they tell me how much the people enjoy watching the birds at the feeder there .
It certainly helped me get through the chemotherapy back then !
