Lugnut- I just cobbled up my own shroud, this saw is portable but pretty much stays put in the shop, I took a piece of rubber and reformed the blade exhaust and that helped a lot.

Here’s a closer look. You can see the sawdust built up inside. That’s because it shares a vacuum hose with the table saw (you can see it in the pic above) and the hose doesn’t always get switched from one machine to the other like it should.
In the pic below you can see the hose missing from the adaptor because it’s attached to the table saw. Even with the small hose on the shop vac it does a great job of collecting dust. But only when it’s hooked up.
When it’s hooked to the big dust collector in the shop it really works well.
The shroud removes easily and stores in its own bag, it’s hanging on the end of the extension arm in the last pic. We take it off for transport.
