i'm kinda dumb on things like this....I know the fcc covers most forms of communications like radio, tv, etc......but do they regulate internet as well??

I would say yes, just to be on the safe side. Monitored for sure, if not regulated.

Are you asking if they regulate the internet providers practices or if they regulate the content of the internet?

They have some regulatory power there. If you remember the flap about Net Neutrality a few years ago, it would of been the FCC that did it.

The short answer is no. Companies like Twitter, Facebook, etc are not regulated by the FCC and cannot be litigated against for the content that shows up on their pages.
