Big Tom in a 1.5 coilspring - 01/13/21 03:37 AM

Was checking some mink blind sets yesterday and had this Tom caught by two toes. Just had the trap wired off to a tree. It was short enough that he couldn’t really lunge hard, I guess. Sometimes it sure is nice to be lucky!!! [Linked Image]

Nice...my friend had the same thing happen...mink set..1 1/2 coil....the cat took the window weight into some willows and got tangled...but couldn’t get a solid pull.

I've caught a few in mb450s. I don't normally use them for cats, but when I'm out of cat traps I have to use my fox traps. Totally stock and exposed. Still getting pad catches.

Thanks everyone, I did not put him on the scales, I should have. I already have one cat mount so I’m giving him to a friend that wants to have one mounted.
