Dang you! You got me taking pictures of our food and trying to come up with more "interesting" things to make. I know they ain't cat daddy approved but I still like em.

Tonight was one of my first attempts at chicken gizzards, I par-boiled them in seasoned stock til tender, then a breading process of milk to seasoned flour to egg wash to seasoned panko bread crumbs then fried. They were just ok tasting. They looked really good though!





I had a back-up plan ...

Here is my somewhat lazy K-Bassah recipe -

Get a whole K-Bassah and put it on an entire garlic bread. It looks like a GIANT hot dog. That is a standard 11" dinner plate under it. The K-Bassah and garlic bread go together real good. Feeds 2 very hungry guys or 3-4 not so hungry people.

Cabbage Soup and a fish sandwich.

Chicken gizzards I like to pressure cook for ten minutes then dip them in a realy thin batter of self rising flour and spices . Then dip in dry self rising flour and spices . This process makes the best crispy batter iv ever been able to get .here is some juevos del Toro from last night
