Tom Miranda had one of my old pics on file from my red fox days in Michigan. Oh, the memories. I was a college lad, attending College full time, and trapping every chance I could to pay tuition. What a hectic pace of life it was.

But fun!

37 years ago, the first successful fox set my Dad let me collab with him on. The catch that truly lit the fire for me. I think I was scared to get any closer at the time LOL

Trapped most of my life without any pics. This was the first year took any pics. Don’t know if I trapped that hard since.

Pete has at least a decade on me. Old fart. Does this work? I'll have to do some digging for the vintage trapping pics but they will be early to mid eighties beaver. This pic is same era.

It was a black bear in a MB 550 and it pulled free. Babes get wearisome, I want the wolverine.

These are all 20 to 30 years old. I have none from 40 years back, sorry.

The house was the original Gulliver home, Asa lived in the house next to it. I learned a lot around those buildings. The apples that grow around the property were really good. I have not seen Asa since Covid 19

Get that pic to mole. He's got all those old photos what bring back memories, and I wasn't even on this hunt, and it brought back old moose hunting days for me in Canda.

On Patrol, Kanaga Island Aleutians. The horns and helmet came off Sanak. Here is me with a trapping basket on Kanaga. Look Kanaga up if you don't know where it is.

Great pictures! I have great memories but no pictures. Growing up I'm not even sure if we had a camera and if we did, a picture of us trapping would of been on the bottom of the list to take a picture of.

First mare I actually trapped in a round pen on purpose- she was tiny but would pin her ears back and go after an entire pen of bucking bulls (maybe 2000 and she was Skipper 2 over Jet Paul)


First and last unicorn dumb enough to to get blind set (2018- looking for my 2nd b/c I made a few mistakes with that one)

1958 skunk trapper, age 6, I am in the middle with an aluminum barreled Remington 22. My twin cousins got in the picture but did not trap any of these.

My old trapping pics are at my mom's but here's one of my bride with her first kill when I got her started hunting twenty some odd years ago.

GROUSEWIT, nice black coon. Line Jumper I took a picture of the photo with a digital camera.

Yup, only way I could figure how to do it easily. Some will be a bit fuzzy, but you take several and pick the best to save!
