Considering the value of a dollar back then and the price of a beaver hide, the extra work probably made it worth it. Great photos, lots of memories, that's for sure.
Thanks for sharing those Pics! Bring back some memories of mine. I remember first starting beaver trapping thru ice making frames and fencing Back in day when we use to have winter with a lot of Ice here North East Ohio. A lot of work , but loved every moment of it.
