I believe you can purchase S.C. coil springs right now, but not sure when the long springs are going to be available.

Re: North American made traps - 01/22/21 04:09 PM

Assembled in North America is not the same as Made in North America IMO. If you're using foreign made parts, the traps are assembled here,,, if you use all North American made materials, steel, springs, chain, then it could be called Made in America or North America if you want to add Canada. I don't know if any of the manufactures listed can claim that, I know several of them that can not. When I built ADC's Skinning Machines, I wanted to put Made In America on them but even though the steel was, the locking pliers and probably the bolts were from multiple countries and even the rebar was made in Turkey. My morals wouldn't allow me to deceive my customers that way.

I looked at LPC traps web site. I don't see any information about them being made in the USA.

All the Wolf Creek traps I've seen were made in china. Also someone mentioned K.O. Dps, they are also chinese last I knew.

Sorry I can not, however if they were Made In The USA, it would be a big selling point and should be made obvious on their website, it's not, so I'd assume they are not made in the USA. NoBS are not, coon daggers are not according the manufacturer, as well as MB, according to their website though they do try to be as much as possible. Some of these brands are manufactured here though.

Re: North American made traps - 01/22/21 07:29 PM

I am thinking some of you would lose money if you bet on some of the traps you listed being made in the USA

Assembled is one thing, made in the USA with USA made parts is a very small segment.

I am no trapper and have already figured that out.
