Haven’t watched an NFL game in 5 years. Certainly not gonna start now. As a matter of fact, I don’t watch any sports anymore. Amazing how much woods time and work around the house gets done now

A lot of that movie was filmed right on Robert Record's own land.

No Watchy here . Don’t even like hearing about it.
I had a mechanical contractor, that always bought tickets to all the chief's home games. Asked me one day if I would like to go to the Chief's game that weekend. I declined, don't give a hoot about football! Never asked me to work for him again! Guess it don't matter how good your work is!

Much more important things than watching some over paid football players.
First grandson and future outdoorsman extraordinaire Ross.

Re: Super bowl? - 02/08/21 01:34 PM
Never thought of watching it. Been finishing up coyotes, grinding beaver meat and putting the finishing touches on a few buckets of prime aged coon glands.
I have many more enjoyable things to do with my time. Can't see how anyone can watch that nonsense anymore.

First game I watched all year. Was a awesome game.Brady to Gronk for 2 touchdowns. Was some of that magic left.

Re: Super bowl? - 02/08/21 04:05 PM
I watched. I hated New England and Brady, but the mention of him being on another team and getting them to the Super Bowl was too much to pass up.
I still can’t stand Brady, but I’ll give credit where credit is due...the man is the GOAT. Of course when you have an “Allstar” offense to go with him I don’t see how anyone thought this was going to end any other way than how it ended. The 2 passes to Gronk, Fournette running the ball, it was like a legends game and they showed out. Poor Mahomes spent the night running for his life, and it’s wasn’t always towards the end zone.

Re: Super bowl? - 02/08/21 04:12 PM
I didnt watch it but I was told TBs defense flushed, hurried, sacked, and generally harassed KCs quarterback and that his fav receivers were covered very well.
If that is the case, it sounds like Brady's defensive squad had as much or more to do with it as his offense did.

Both did. The way Brady was passing the ball around.Over 80% on his passes.

Re: Super bowl? - 02/08/21 07:37 PM
80% is good but look at the chiefs run a year ago- it didn't matter what another offense did the chiefs would come back in the 2nd half and score more.
Take that ability away and they might be a 500 team at best. I wont watch it but what other teams do to them next year should be interesting.

Yes, their defense was STOUT! And unlike KC’s defense, they didn’t hold!!

Exactly right. The Buccaneers wide receivers were blowing by them and they were grabbing out of desperation.
