I read an article about the new Navy pledge or some thing along that title , they are currently vetting the navy for "political radicals" which I take to mean if you aren't backing the regime then they don't want you any place you could give second though to all enemies foreign or domestic.

well this is the how it went

Joshua Williams and his brother and the brothers kids show up at the range

it seems they wanted to buy ammo Williams has the handgun with an extended mag stuffed in his waist band showing .
the store has a no loaded guns in the shop policy they tell him he has to go back out to his car and clear the gun he seems angered by this but looks to be complying.
he opens the door fires a shot into the parking lot without removing the magazine so it didn't clear the gun.

a female customer was near by and he turns and shoots her she falls he exists , then re enters the store and shoots the male employee

then goes looking for more victims
