Update for everyone...
If you recall on nov. 30th I was being a little too aggressive skinning coyotes and tore the right pec muscle tendon off of my arm bone, tore my bicep and tricep.
Surgery was 2 days before Christmas. A few pins drilled into the bone, a ton of stitches in the pec tendon pulled it back over and reattached it to the bone at the pins, and a couple dozen staples to close up the incision.
No biggie.
Its a few weeks later, no staples no sling, doing PT at home 2x daily and going in to PT 2x weekly.
Got a long haul back to fully recover level, but every day I can stretch higher and lift my arm outward a little more and more.
I cant wait to wear tank tops this summer and tell kids about the neat zipper coyote wound scar and how that thing "cut me down in my prime."
Got me a neat electric hoist to help with skinning next winter.
Birthdays are awesome and so is the entire tman community. Thank you all for your support and encouragement!
