Coon creek outdoors is really nice. If you like watching trapping up north I recommend Muskrat411's channel, Tannayut, and Traplines and inlines. 330 trapper is much more mainstream in a way with the clickbait and over exaggeration.

I’ve been looking and watching several lately. As far as coyotes go, and good clear instruction and such, Ed Schneider is hands down the best I’ve found. He has a lot of really good insight, and seems to take the common sense approach that I typically try to do. The guys at Hoosier put together a really nice show as well. Not sure what happened to the guy from Trapper Time, I used enjoy his show. The Management Advantage shows are put together well, and those guys seem to really pile up the coyotes, but they don’t put out a lot of videos. Most of them just cover the basics. There’s a member here that has a channel with several trapping videos that are really good quality, but his name escapes me right now. He and his sons make the videos, and they do a nice job.

I've watched a lot trapping channels the good, bad and the ugly. There are some really well done channels and there are some that shouldn't be making videos for public consumption. I don't watch trapping channels so much for educational purposes but more for entertainment, 330 Maniac does a outstanding job on his channel. My favorite is The wild North with Andrew Stanley I find his channel very entertaining..

Ed Schneider if you want to learn how to catch coyotes. There seems to be a lot of novice trappers making youtube videos which I think could really mislead some beginners. Watched one video that was titled "best scent post set ever " or something like that, guy went on to say he'd only caught one coyote on it but his buddy catch a lot with it.

Probably. I think that guy had a connection with a tv channel then learned to trap on Tman and started a show. Every time I watch that show it’s like a visual of what I’ve read on Tman.

Or is it because he went to a different platform that you have to pay for? I liked his shows. Triple nickel trapper

I actually just forgot about Trapping Inc. His type of trapping and environment is way different than mine, so I don’t watch a lot of them. But the ones I have watched have been put together well and fairly informative.

I enjoy watching Hoosier as well, but I wonder if the flat set he showed at the end of that video would even catch a coyote. He had all of that nice dry dirt right beside him and it would have taken him about 10 more seconds to lightly sift some of it over all of that wet stuff he dug out and it would have looked 100x more natural.

I have faithfully watched coon creek outdoors. (not sure why he has decided to always include the alcohol here lately)
I also like Ed. I’d watch Zag more but he doesn’t put out very many. Used to watch Clint be he to isn’t doing many new ones. Dunlap is good. I like catch .22 outdoors. Trapping the Ozarks. The Alaskan Viking.
The best looking one of them all is Skye Goode. Man is that girl tough. Seen her petting a wolf as she tried to release it.

I like coon creek and 330maniac as they trap similar styles as me in similar country.
I recently started my own channel if anyone is interested. I have 7 videos up so far with more videos going up on Wednesdays and Sundays. My channel is Schmattz Outdoors. Any advice you guys can offer either here or in the comments on the videos is greatly appreciated.

Yeah I’ve seen a few of your vids...you do get a lot of skunks. I’m waiting for the weather to warm so I can start trapping for them.

I dont like meat trapper cause i think hes just a beginner trapper to but he does give some good information but i get the felling hes trying to be a little know it all when he doesnt know it all
Re: Your favorite YouTube trapper - 03/01/2103:51 PM
Coon creek, the wild north, and Ed Schneider for me. I would really like Hoosier trapper if Charlie wasn’t the most boring guy I’ve ever seen. I really like their production and quality but he ruins it for me.
