New help

A guy by the name of jerry pingley has come to my house and he was a big inspiration he showed me how to set snares dirthole sets and flat sets and he has given me some coyote and fox traps he is a very nice guy and i would love to have him over again sometime im so glad i got his help as him being such a good trapper as he is and i would recommend people to try his brothers lures out they work really good its called pingleys professional lures

Yep he lives 2 and a a half hours away but i liked talking to him id love to trap with him

You have gained knowledge from one of those hard charging successful trappers that many never heard of. If folks knew the amount of fur that Jerry catches every year, they would be amazed. You're a lucky fella to have had Jerry teach you, if only for a short time.

Cant say enuf about someone that goes out of their way like that to help a young trapper....

This is great. Before the Trapperman crash, I was active on here, joined up on Cathryn's forum as well. The amount of help trappers go out to help get new folks (especially younger ones) started, that is what makes the community great. Soak up all the knowledge you can right now, because one day you will be the teacher.
