I couldn't stand the book. The number of characters in the book vs the movie really muddied it up for me. I think it's the only time I'd say the movie was better.

The revenge portrayed in the movie does not hold a candle to what happens in the book.

Yes, a lot of characters to keep up with.

It's easier to watch a movie in the dark than read a book in the dark. laugh
