My wife and I have both donated blood and the blood center tested us for the COVID antibodies. In January, we both tested negative. When we gave blood in early March, we both tested positive for the antibodies. The only symptoms that either of us really had was a slight cough, dull headache and I lost my sense of smell for a short time.
I think this COVID stuff has been around for way longer than we know of too. There are some people that have lost all their "Common Sense" and many never seem to regain it either.
