Mtn. Lion on trail camera

These images are from a friend of mine who has a small ranch just outside Las Vegas. The first one is from a trail camera on his horse pasture. The second one is in a little copse of trees just off his driveway.

Lots of 'em here, use to be able to trap and keep 'em, now catch and release!

About 600 or so yards from my cabin.

So is that the horse or a deer he has down?

We get them around the house all the time because of the deer. When we put the little dog out we tell him to watch out! I have had 3 lions in the yard at one time, that was neat!

Deer. Killed it in my friend's front yard and drug it across his driveway.

And all our kids and pets have to worry about is a venomous snake coming up in the yard, lol. I’d probably have some “holes” pre-dug for those just in case moments.
