Several dealers use wal-mart and amazon to sell trapping supplies. The increased price is from the seller's fees from those sites. I think amazon was 15% though i think that was going up or has. Dunno about walmart. Cheapest on amazon is 29.95

Can you even ship 4oz of lure for much less than $8.95? $25+$8.95=$33.95 A small flat rate box is $8.45 and a 4oz bottle won't fit in there. A padded envelope is $8.55 and you best use a crap load of packing material to keep them from getting broken in one.

You could use the priority mail box 4 . Depending on the zone you can stay under the 8.95. I'm sure Hilltop has it figured out.
