I've lost 3 now.

Thursday morning my mother passed away. In the last 6 months I've lost 3, dad, mom and my son. Almost too much to handle. Thank goodness for friends and family to lean on. Plus my upcoming back surgery.

That's a big loss, l guy said that to me a few years back when a few of my family had recently passed. It wasn't a lot of fancy word, but really left an impression on me at that time. I still don't know how I made it through that time but I'm still here. Hope you find peace in your time of grief.

Note the word through. That implies you will get through to the other side. Just lean on His strength to get you through.

Bout the way it was for me, grand father, aunts, uncles, mom, dad, sister all in a whirl wind some a few month's apart. Now us cousin's are passing away. Part of life but is tough when it's happening every few months apart.

Losing loved ones is hard on a guy. About as hard as it gets.
I try to rationalize it a little different.
It is a blessing to have had someone in your life to have loved and who loved you.
Every one who has passed that I was close too isn't really gone in my mind. I carry on their traditions every day. I find that this helps me during those times when I miss them. Its like they are right beside me every day. That makes me smile.

I went through a whirlwind like that over a 2 month period myself. It's rough. I'm very sorry for your losses.

Stay strong brother...prayers sent your way for some strength.
