Dylan , you are an inspiration to me. I often have a jaded view of American youth, but you have taken off and never looked back. I'm proud of you.

Right about 25 years for me. My mom got me into it helping me trap a few weasels which she trapped growing up . It quickly snowballed to beavers, bobcats, otter, and of course more weasels! Haven't done much the last handful of years, but now I am able to bring my three year old with me on my minimal adventures these days. Hoping both you and I have many more! Happy trapping! ScottW

Dylan keep up the good work !!! It's nice to see someone who takes the time and is willing to put forth the effort to not only catch big numbers but to also extend it to the finished product .
I'd suggest starting a journal if you haven't already so later on in your life you can open it up and show off pictures and your written thoughts .

After looking at all of those pics, my house smells like put up fur. Weird since I haven't put any up for ten years.
Thanks for that gift. I miss that smell. Smells like money.

Congratulation on becoming such a successful trapper. Great pictures also. Some day you will look back and be thankful for taking and compiling those pictures.
I had the a similar desire to trap as a young man also. At times it was almost more of an addiction than a hobby !
I started trapping almost 55 years ago and I still crave it as much today.
Best of luck to you and enjoy the adventure of each new season.

Nice progression in numbers and species. A lot can be accomplished in a decade when one applies their knowledge and energy.
