It's just been backwards against the Constitution for so long, who knows if it will be corrected , though it should be. The highest courts need to take the bull by the horns.

That's a step in the right direction, I hated having to deal with that when I lived there.

It is a good step, but this ruling ruled it was unconstitutional as applied to one person the plaintiff. At least that will hopefully give some legal precedence in future lawsuits. But odds are they will appeal it to a lineral judge and it will get tossed out.

That is the first step for it make it to the Court of Appeals and them to the Supreme Court.

The judge doesn't seem to have applied traditional Constitutional analysis. And he appears to be a trial court judge, i.e., one of the lower courts in the state. That doesn't mean he's wrong, though.

I wonder if the decision will survive an appeal.
