What's the deal with my fha check

I received a check from furharvesters today. I had 181 dollars in sales at the april auction. The check was for$88.62 with 92.39 in deductions. They list an advance of$65.82 As far as I know I never received an advance and I am sure I never asked for one. Can someone tell me what's going on.

I got a check end of january , that was the advance....they should have a box to check on the fur form if you want it, I think it was a waste of time and money to send out

I thought the jan check was for private treaty sales.
