Why do gays and transgender people get a month when they are less than 1 percent of the population but straight people get nothing?

It's called recruitment and indoctrination.

Pass the Equality Act and they'll get so much more. Religious freedom? That will be gone because the alphabet folks may get offended. You know that a person's bedroom preferences outweigh any freedom you may possess.

Nature or nurture, I don't know which but I'm not sure they can recruit if by that you mean to change someone's sexual orientation. IMO, you either are or you ain't. What they want to do is normalize it, make it socially acceptable. They need to do that by the force of law because even liberals will mock them behind their backs. It's an anomaly, it can never be classified as normal.

Having said that, I have had a few friends over the years who are gay. They never told me they were gay and made no untoward advances on me but I know they are gay. They don't want the world to know and their secret is safe with me. I don't shun them as human beings because of it.

The St. Louis County Gov Center building is not allowed to put up a manger scene or Menorah for C-mas, but the place is festooned with rainbow (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman) flag's all month.

Even men throwing, hitting, and chasing balls are getting into Pride month....

Every other month is for straight people.

I'm going to resume watching Slapshot.

I don't think people are worried about other people's sexual sins, nobody cares. People are just sick and tired of them running around saying," look at me, look at me! I'm queer and you have to accept it."

Well I'm straight please accept it.

I don't care about your sexual "orientation".

I didn't bring up their sexual choice . I just wanted to know why such a small group get a whole month dedicated to them. I don't agree with their life style but that's between them and their maker. I don't walk on water, gets my feet wet.

The two are not at all the same.

The Left will take anyone's vote.
