95 for a high today.

We had a high of 95 today. It is flat dry, and getting dryer. I fired up the indirect grill and made a pizza for supper. The smoke darkened the cheese. ran the grill up to about 525 degrees and 15 minutes. It went down pretty good with a cold Alaska Amber.

We had snow flurries this morning. AK Amber is my favorite beer.

I just looked and I showed 96 for a high. I was going off what I saw it read during the day. Its still 75 out. A week and a half ago I was scared my tomatoes were going to freeze. It's too hot for me. I had to try to pull the receiver hitch on the pickup and I can say I was pretty wet by the time that was over. I must be getting old, I can't drink enough beer to help with heat anymore. The pizza was good. I cook more out side during the summer than my wife does inside. I just got a Wapak cast iron round griddle. It should be here in a couple days. Something else I didn't really need, but figured I had best get it as wish I did.

Deer flies came out yesterday. Should be a miserable weekend.

Deer flies came out here too. I had a half dozen tomato plants out last week and they froze off under 5 gallon buckets.
Upper 80's here again today, 90 tomorrow. LOL

I had 94 here in central Nebraska yesterday. Was looking t frost on the vehicles a few days ago.

Today I show a high of 100.6 a storm built, and a few drops of rain and dropped it to 84 now. Just enough rain to wonder if it was a flock of bird flying over. I heard the area grumley701 lives in now. made 106 today. I am sure he like it . It's special for sure.
Road trip tomorrow in a PU with no AC should sit in it about 13-14 hours at least. Should remind me of being young. I will start at 0500 so I may need to keep the windows up for a couple hours.
