The county to the north of me has finally had their tin pot potentate sheriff suspended by the governor after being federally indicted for abusing prisoners in his jail. This is the same guy that somehow skated on 37 state felony charges, shot his girlfriend and declared it an accident and put himself on suspension, manned the jail roof with snipers and fired the bulk of the previous (white) administration and barred the county police chief or his officers from entering the jail.
To hear those ghetto rats tell it it all some sort of republican plot.

I experience this firsthand everyday. I'm doing a lighting retrofit at a state facility right now... Building full of nurses, doctors, college educated administrators...

Now I don't expect these people to have a working knowledge of electrical theory and lighting systems. But the complete lack of general practical knowledge is astounding. I understand where HG Wells came up with the concept of the Eloi and Morlocks for The Time Machine.
