what's for dinner

tonight i cook beaver back straps for the camp ground to try , about 20 people try beaver for the first time ,about 10 people had it last year and were back for more, they all like it a lot ,
I had it in a marinate for two day and then slow cook for fire , YUM !!

Pinwheel steaks and a salad with a bunch of Dungeness crab.
