Wine in 7 days! - 06/11/21 10:48 AM

I started a batch of wine June 3 with a SG of 1.110. Yesterday it tested .99! Lavlin 1116 yeast. I'm liking it!

My guess is that if he drinks that now his guts will give him all the "mostly peaceful protests" he can handle LOL

That would definitely make me blow some wind if I drank it that soon lol

The wine is made from Welch's grape juice off the shelf. It had a lot of natural sugar so I only added 2 cups per gallon. I like it just fine and it didn't bother me but the lady is feeling crappy. laugh

We had a jailer that kept giving the inmates cups of sugar “ for their coffee” told not to do that but kept doing it until fired. Drugs and alcohol is what got most of them in there to start with.
