It's a unit of measure, a square of 100 meters per side. The Canuk version of an acre.

A hectare is about 2.47 acres.

Pretty sure the hectare was around long before Canada was a country. I’m aware of it, know zero people that refer to it.

It was typical Less Stroud Kory. I think he apologized for eating a ground squirrel sayin he always hates to kill something as usual. Other than that I do enjoy his material. I don't know of anyone else who makes good film boots on the ground in literally every environment in the world where a man could get lost and be on his own for a few days or a week.
