Just saw some (not local) at Roundy's. 4 ears for $ 2.99 if you had a Roundy's saver card. I hope I get a good garden crop because at those prices I sure won't be buying any.

Piggly Wiggly here has it at .25 cents an ear so 4 for $1.00 and it's good and sweet. I'm sure it's out of Florida this time of year.

Local grocery has it $4/doz this week. Mebbe I'll try a couple ears and freeze some if it's any good. Thanks for the replies!
Farm up me is supposed to have corn by the 4th. Usually $5 a dozen.
wife paid 3 dollars a dozen last week at the grocery but said she would go 6 a dozen if it was good stuff
not sat in the back of a truck all day getting starchy , but just brought up from the field
6 dollars a bakers dozen sounds good to me for good stuff

Usually 4-6 dollars here, just like everything else i’m sure it’ll spike up this year just because everything else is up. My kids sell whatever we don’t eat or freeze for $3 a dozen. It’s nice for good neighbor folks to get a good deal on some good corn and the kids can make a little money to!

Not quite ready here yet, but Wally world had it 28 cents an ear today
Every other year my wife and mother-in-law get a pick up bed full to freeze. If I remember right they pay between two and three dollars a dozen. Fun as the kids grow and move out they steal some frozen corn every time they visit!

Sweet corn is one of our favorites. Last year we canned 25 pints of the cream and honey variety. This year we plan on putting up 50 pints.
$5/doz where I work. It's delicious corn though, worth it in my book. The type is Obsession II.

YT, is the corn for sale labeled as such, or did you ask them what kind it is?
Just wondering because it's RR corn and I wonder if this would turn some people off.

I sell it for $4/dozen.
Variety I grow is RR and it tastes amazing! Many people each year tell me its the best they have ever had.

Thought I'd give you guys a good laugh.... I saw mediocre corn in the supermarket here for 2 Euros an ear. That's about $2.40 an ear.
Sweet corn has never been a thing for the French, but it is very slowly becoming more popular. They eat a fair bit of canned corn, but very little fresh. I used to grow my own at the old place and will next year here.

I would not eat much fresh cob corn either for $2.40 an ear! Over $25 per dozen would be over my price range, but it probably works, as the way to ration short supplies of anything is to have very high prices. It is working in the US right now to stretch out a small corn and soybean stock.

25Cents an ear here and it looked great. fully formed

Still have some from last year. More on the way now.
Try to keep store bought corn out of the house it kills the anticipation.
