but I don't think Herman and the boys will ever end up in criminal court. Too bad NAFA wasn't based here in South Dakota, maybe they'd be convicted as well...

How sad. This sort of thing happens more often than you might think. Happened here in Mo some years ago, one bootheel farmer wouldn't stand for it, and went to the facility and TOOK his property back. Made major headlines, and the man was elected to congress. Russel ?

Happened here with radish seed a couple of years ago -- one of my customers went and got two of his semi loads back -- and had to dump them ( but at least the slime bags didn't get them) It was a big financial hit but he farms about 15000 acres so he will be fine.

Too bad they weren't a bank. They would have been bailed out.
