You cook "Garden Soil"? Well, at least it is organic. I heard things were bad in NV but that is New Jersey bad.

Carnitas are done, brisket, homemade tortillas, the lay out, and tres leches my bride made. We have been adopted by our friends family as long as i make brisket and she makes the tres leches cake.

Carnitas are basically slow cooked pork deep fried till crispy. He won't share the actual recipe

They season the lard it cooks in. That pot is 18 inches deep and over 24 inches across theres half a 300 lb pig in there. Takes all day to cook . Its almost confeied.
