Most corrupt country Russia or USA?

All these years we've all been told how bad and corrupt Russia is. And good we are and how good we have it.

Same people/entities spreading this message, they're the same ones lying to us about everything going on in this country. Ain't they?

Met a young russian guy last summer at the dock fishing.
He said the average person there is extremely poor compared to Canada.
A lot of the wealth never gets to the avg guy on the street.

We have problems yes but I love my country, U S A.

Wouldn't want to live in Russia . USA is still a great country even though this past election proved we have wide spread corruption in government .

Relatives visited from the Ukraine in the 1980 and they thought it was a ploy that there was 3 tractors and 2 combines on our farm, she kept asking when is the state going to take them away ?
She could not think a farm could be 3,600 acres under one family possession.

For pure governmental corruption just look at every country south of Texas and north of Tierra del Fuego.

Sure we have corruption in the USA and have since our inception and that is government and private sector, but we are amateurs compared to the professionalism in corruption that goes on in many nations including Russia.

Very true Bryce. For those of us that have lived in other parts of the world we are well aware of that. Ever try bribing a cop in our country so as not to get a ticket?

The last few years I’m seeing more Russian type of Governing then the following of the Constitution and the rule of law we are based on. They don’t even try to hide the corruption anymore it’s in your face deal with it now.

I have a family member familiar with both the American and Russian governments and cultures.

The Russian government is much more corrupt than the American government.

Russian government corruption is expected and accepted by not only the Russian populace but by anyone familiar with their culture.

I once heard that Vladimir Putin is the richest man in the world. Richer than Gates, Buffet, Bezos, etc.

When has America ever had a president with that kind of wealth?

America is the greatest country on earth to live in. Why else did so many of our ancestors move here?

Between the two Russia by far! Like mentioned above head to South America or Africa for a real crap storm of countries!

In the past the difference was that Russian's politicians felt no need to hide their corruption since the people could not do anything about it. Until this last election, US politicians tried to hide the corruption. US politicians are getting more bold. Voting is no longer an option to do something about it and they're working furiously to eliminate our only other option.

We're not Russia...yet.

Russia is by far more corrupt however..... I'll tell you this, other than political expression, they are more free.

With the constant lying going unchecked by the MSM everyday now we don't seem very far behind Russia, heck they don't even try to hide it any more they just lie some more and never get called out for it.

I think Putin is a POS 100 times worse than any President we have ever had.I think kim jong DH ung or however the evil POS spells his name is even way more worse .

I can walk out my house in my yard and yell all day that Putin and the North Korean monster are total huge POS's and NOT get into any type of real trouble.Try that in either of those sorry excuses for a country and see what happens.I could do the same thing only yell that Trump and Biden are both as worthless as teats on a boar hog.And both smell like a skunks rear and I still would not be worried in the slightest.Try that in either of those places.I could write my local paper an article or letter to ediitor about how much I think Trump and Biden stink.And there is a good chance it would get printed.And again I would not be worried a bit.Do that in either of those places and you might permanatly dissapear.Or you may get a 15 year hard labor prison sentence.Just google Otto Warbmier,former valedictorian from his Cincinnati High School.What they did to that young man for attempting to take one of their BS propaganda posters was in humane and just down right unreal what they did to him and the brain dead horrible condition they sent him home in.Only after demanding millions of dollars for his return.Knowing that he was on his death bed in an unspeakable condition.Then within a year of that Trump was boasting live on tv that Kim Jong Torture had started writing Trump" love letters" ? So freaking bizzare and just insane nuts ?? WTH ?? Sure there are things that can be improved here.But from what I have learned over years is that even if the good ol USA occasionly sucks a bit.The rest of the world sucks a whole lot more.

This is a valid way to consider which country someone would prefer. A or B style of comparison. Russia or USA.

The problem is that we now live in our period of history where philosophy from the 19th century is implanted into the noggins of those who have been educated by "it" (it meaning Marxism) and they rank things differently. The noggin heads rank A or B against their religious (religious defined as being an idol) ideal of nirvana or utopia.
Problem is, with us humans in the pie mix, there will never be "heaven on earth = nirvana/utopia."
It's always been A or B. Pick one.
I pick USA.
Or rather it picked me cause I landed here.
I'd prolly be one of those sneaking in if it hadn't.

I believe our govt to be as corrupt as any, but our Constitution is giving we citizens a little More leeway than some.......so far.
