I know a store owner that stopped a guy trying to walk out the store with steaks stashed in a bag. The cops said they couldn't arrest him because he didn't get out of the store so he didn't steal anything. They finally charged him with assault for kicking the store owner in the nuts when he stopped him. We are in a heap o' trouble.

In Louisville the police told a store owner that unless it involved violence they didn't answer shoplifting calls anymore as they were just to short handed.

The theives call it reparations so they feel entitled to it.
And the authorities tend to agree with that it seems.

When they get hacked and shut the gas down, and then they say its just an expense for doing business. Of course that expense is passed on to guess who ?

I call it free game and open season for cash register employees. Got to get them before they get to their car.

A reason to shop somewhere else. Although they already gave a reason when they stopped selling guns.
