Here’s a blank. Never know how busy the stone yard will be so I like to bring projects I can do while I sit.

IF I ever have a fishin cabin (because I am suddenly rich LOL) I would want a big gill net on one wall filled with hand made wooden lures like that. Not kidding, you have more patience and talent than I do and it's impressive.

Looks good Hobbie.
I hope you are working on those while getting loaded/unloaded instead of driving down the interstate! whistle

Actually I’m doing it while others are being loaded. Two buckets is all it takes to load and I got to be ready to get out of the way. Unloading is even quicker.

Traveling with beach traffic, the free time is taken up cussing. lol

My high dollar paint shop.

I have some swimmers in the making so I’m gonna need some diving blades. Here is what I use.

Don’t try this with a jigsaw. lol

After I get it cut out I shape it the way I want with a file. Doesn’t have to be precise, they are pretty forgiving as long as they are centered in the lure good.

Not really, anybody with a pocket knife and sandpaper can do it.

I've met guys who can't draw a straight line with a pencil and a ruler. You definitely have some talent. My wife makes knitting look easy, I have a hard time figuring out what is going on with knitting.

Nice paint job, you inspired me and I found out how hard it is for me to carve a lure out of a hunk of 2×4. Not quite done yet but I'm chugging along
