As it stands now, I don't see it can be forced on anyone. I'm thinking there are going to be some law suits happening. Here's what 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) says. Note the very last part that I pasted here.

(e) Conditions of authorization
(1) Unapproved product
(A) Required conditions
With respect to the emergency use of an
unapproved product, the Secretary, to the
extent practicable given the circumstances
of the emergency, shall, for a person who
carries out any activity for which the authorization is issued, establish such conditions on an authorization under this section
as the Secretary finds necessary or appropriate to protect the public health, including
the following:
(i) Appropriate conditions designed to
ensure that health care professionals administering the product are informed—
(I) that the Secretary has authorized
the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of the emergency use of the product, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are

that are available, and of their benefits
and risks.

ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—

What i have read is that full FDA approval will hold up a lot stronger than EUA for mandatory vaccines. I dont believe any are yet though? And I think only 2/3 have submitted. But once they have it, idk how much a court will back a guy who is refusing. At least when it comes to an employer forcing it or terminating you. Fun times it is.

My employer will be among the last of the holdouts on the masks, we're still wearing them but they said they would not attempt to force employees to get the jab. They're having a hard time retaining people as it is and 35% of the applicants who apply can't pass the drug screening. It's not benevolence on their part.

I was thinking of getting the shot because an elderly friend of mine lives in fear of COVID and he has been pestering me to get it. I'm dug in now and am determined not to. The more they push, the more entrenched I become.

We need to defeat these people or they will bury us. They're not relenting.

Funny how the Postal workers union have struck a deal and will not have to comply with the mandate ? Here in NY the State Police and the Correction Officer Unions are pushing back.

Just say no.....seems I heard that somewhere! Sure am glad I'm retired, but then I always worked for myself anyways. I didn't like what they were peddling, I found something else! That's how it will continue, here in my neck of the prairie!
